Several of these tracks are based on material that was recorded more than 10 years ago and they all have some new elements included. This material is from a disc that was titled "Droneworks + Others" and has been in the vault for some time. The first 3 tracks were going to be part of a CD titled "Droneworks" and new tracks were going to be recorded but they just sorta never were. Then the "others" were recorded around the same time as the Droneworks pieces and lived on the same disc. Since this collection has been with me for many years as "Droneworks + Others," it just seems fitting to release it as that title, and keeping the tracks together, even though they were never intended to be together.
