The album that almost never happened.

Much of the material presented here was recorded in the years following the release of "In The Moonlight," my little exploration into subtle piano meditations back in 1999. The material was put on the back shelf and has been revisited from time to time over the years with further reviews, tweaks, additions, and consideration for release. At every stage I balked and just pushed it back.

But I think the time has finally come to unveil these tracks. To put it in perspective, In The Moonlight was release #97. Brokenness was slated to be release #150 and the number has been on hold ever since, so for this, we decided to just stick with #150 even though the next logical number would be 345. That gives you some idea how long this thing has been percolating. So some of the tracks work, some don't, but I'll let you be the judge of that.
